As a chef who is also a doctor, Dr. Chef (Ralph Felder), knows good food  and knows what’s good for you and your family. A board-certified internist, Dr. Felder holds an M.D.and Ph.D. from Stanford University where he also completed his medical residency. After a post doctoral fellowship at Harvard University, Dr. Felder moved to Phoenix where he is the section chief for cardiovascular nutrition in the cardiology fellowship program at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. In addition he attended the Culinary Arts Program at the Art Institute of Phoenix. He has conducted cooking demonstrations and lectured for the Phoenix Chapter of the American Heart Association and taught workshops for diabetic support groups in the Phoenix area. He is a popular presenter at the Phoenix culinary retailer, Kitchen Classics.

Oscar Franco, M.D., Ph.D.


Scientific Advisor, was a senior scientist at the Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam Netherlands where he completed his Ph.D. in epidemiology. A native of Colombia, he received his medical education at the Ponifiscia Universidad Javeriana in Bogata.  He is the author of numerous peered reviewed and published studies on nutrition and cardiovascular health, including the British Medical Journal, Hypertension, and the Archives of Internal Medicine. A highly sought after speaker, he has made numerous presentations at medical conferences throughout the world. He is currently a Senior Epidemiologist for Unilever in London, England.
